For clarity, we’ll start with a process (guided meditation) that originates from the high mountains of Peru; saminchakuy. (saw-meen-chak-we) This process releases heavy energies to the earth, our pachamama, and fills you with cosmic, healing light.

Saminchakuy : Clear Heavy Energies for Vitality

This guided process is a form of the ritual act of limpia (which translates to “clean” in Spanish). Saminchakuy, inca means “to circulate finest energy”. You have an energy bubble that surrounds you; with your mindful attention, this ritual clears your bubble of any dense, heavy energy known as hucha. Hucha is neither good nor bad—it simply carries a quality of density that can make you feel bogged down, emotionally heavy, or disconnected. Over time, the accumulation of hucha may contribute to feelings of dis-ease, impacting your mental, physical, and energetic health.

A beautiful part of this process is that with your mind, you may release this energy to the earth as a gift. Mother Earth, Pachamama, is the queen composter! She takes your dense energy for the regeneration of the earth. This exchange is sacred reciprocity, also known as ayni. (eye-knee)
